I'm Lindsey! I’m a Certified Health & Life Coach who reminds (or sometimes teaches) women how to prioritize themselves amongst their busy schedules so they can live in alignment with their highest selves without having to pour from an empty cup.

In my past life I taught middle school at a great little independent school in downtown Victoria, but decided after having my daughter Isla in 2018 that being home with her was the opportunity of a lifetime that I couldn’t pass up.

As a Jazzercise Instructor (don’t knock it til you try it 😉) and fitness enthusiast I’ve always been interested and invested in health and wellness. After becoming a mom I felt a whole new sense of responsibility to myself to be the best and healthiest version of myself - to level up my life in any way I could. I started adding strength workouts and yoga to my morning routine via the Tone It Up app, fine-tuning my nutrition habits, and searching for new plant-based recipes that were delicious, satisfying, and easy to make for me and my family to enjoy.

At the end of 2020 I decided to channel this new passion and drive into becoming a Health & Life Coach and I haven’t looked back! Working one-on-one or with small groups, I am lit up by helping other women level up in all areas of their lives too.
