So what exactly is the role of a Health & Life Coach, and why do I need one?
A coach is someone who helps their clients overcome challenges, obstacles and fears in order to create the life they want. A coach will provide you with the right system, support, and accountability to achieve your goals, all while giving you just enough stretch to get outside of your comfort zone. As your coach, it’s my job to assist you to make choices that are in alignment with what’s most important to you during our work together and beyond.
